Well it is a V. A. Loan...so we were not completely surprised when the closing got delayed....Hopefully tomorrow !! PRAY nothing goes wrong......!! For now...we just wait..........


**UPDATE: Still no word from Escrow company...so hopefully we can close on WED now......(I leave on Thursday for 10 days...going to Idaho to see Granny Gish) Please pray...I really want to do a little dance in my living room....roll on the grass in the back yard...you know...all the usual stuff a first time home buyer dreams of.........

UPDATE....ON THE UPDATE! - We did get to go in and sign all the paperwork.....but we don't get the keys till later this afternoon(WED) or tomorrow...(THURSDAY).....So we are still...you guessed it......waiting......

Meets 2 weeks, Saturday 12:00 for 2 hours.

Class 3 Is It Possible To Urinate Using The Technique Of Lifting The Seat andAvoiding The Floor, Walls and Nearby Bathtub? --- Group Practice.
Meets 4 weeks, Saturday 10:00 PM for 2 h ours.

Class 4 Fundamental Differences Between The Laundry Hamper and The Floor ---Pictures and Explanatory Graphics. Meets Saturdays at 2:00 PM for 3 weeks.

Class 13 How to Fight Cerebral Atrophy --- Remembering Birthdays, Anniversaries and Other Important Dates and Calling When You're Going To Be Late.Cerebral Shock Therapy Sessions and Full Lobotomies Offered.Three nights; Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 7:00 PM for 2 hours.

Class 14 The Stove/Oven --- What It Is and How It Is Used.Live Demonstration.
Tuesdays at 6:00 PM, location to be determined.

Upon completion of any of the above courses,diplomas will be issued to the survivors.

I have just been called on the carpet for not posting the details along with the photo's !! I am so sorry !! Here it is!!

It's in Arlington (Smokey Point), Its 4 Bdrm 2 bath, about 1,600 sq ft , a fire place, a clawfoot bath tub, 2 Car man cave ( A MUST) its on a little over 1/3 acre !! It has a great fenced back yard with an apple tree and a pear tree, (Jim and Tawni are allergic to most anything healthy but these are 2 on the very small list of healthy things they will eat!! ) It also has BIG kennel for our little Minnie !! It has a great front porch and is in a nice quiet little neighborhood !! It also comes with ALL the Appliances ! They are even leaving us their lawn mower and the 2 rocking chairs on the front porch !!!WE ARE SO EXCITED !! PLEASE PRAY THAT NOTHING GETS IN THE WAY OF THIS HOUSE !!!

Upstairs Bedroom....

Our wonderful friend Mr Ernest Leroy Peck III inspected the house today for us and gave it a clean bill of health...a few minor repairs, nothing to stop the sale over !!! I also discovered an apple tree and a pear tree in our back yard !! WooHOOO !!! Two of the few healthy things I can get my family to eat!!

My new kitchen...needs some upgrades but I am up to the challenge..plus I have been babysitting for free for my sister......HEE HEE HEE ...her husband is in the construction trade...so his bill is about to become DUE!!! All the appliances come with it...they aren't top of the line but it saves us lots of money to start out with !!!

They accepted the offer !!! WWWHHHOOOO !!!! I am trying to not get excited until the last paper is signed !! But...its not working !!!!!
